My journey in real estate spans more than three decades — and it started not in sales, but in mortgages. As a former mortgage lender, I developed a rare understanding of the financial side of every transaction. That dual perspective has given me an edge throughout my career that I now pass on to every agent I work with.
I've worked through booming markets, downturns, the 2008 financial crisis, and the unprecedented shifts of the 2020s. I've represented buyers, sellers, investors, veterans, and first-timers. I've seen it all — and I've closed through all of it.
Currently based in beautiful Anacortes, Washington, I work with Compass Real Estate serving the Pacific Northwest's stunning San Juan Islands region, Skagit County, and surrounding communities. The market here is unique, competitive, and constantly evolving — excellent training ground for any agent.
Now, with Real Estate Her Way Coaching, I'm channeling all of that experience into something that genuinely excites me: helping other agents break through plateaus, find their confidence, build real systems, and close more deals. My coaching is practical, direct, and always rooted in what actually works — not theory.
